Our Story

Built by a researcher.
For researchers.

The Science Editorium exists because publishing a paper is hard — and it shouldn't be harder than it needs to be.

Publishing a paper in an academic journal is one of the most demanding tasks in science. Writing, editing, journal selection, formatting, submission, peer review, rejection, revisions, resubmission. For non-native English speakers, that process takes twice as long — 200 hours versus 100 for native speakers. Even 100 hours is time that could be spent in the lab, with collaborators, or on the next idea.

The Science Editorium was built to give those hours back. Not with a generic AI chat window, but with tools that encode the real workflows, editorial intuitions, and hard-won experience of someone who has spent decades on both sides of the publication process — as a researcher, and as an editor.

Every tool reflects a genuine understanding of what editors and reviewers are looking for, what causes papers to be desk-rejected, and what separates a manuscript that gets accepted from one that doesn't. That expertise is embedded into every prompt, every output, every workflow.

The person behind it

Z
Zoran Dinev
Founder & Chief Editorial Officer
Chemist, scientific editor, and founder of The Science Editorium. I've spent over 15 years working in academic publishing — first as a researcher, then as an editor at Wiley-VCH, and now as a scientific editor helping authors publish their work. I built The Science Editorium because I knew there had to be a better way.
